Paint Automation – Robotic Paint Systems
Paint is a term used to describe a number of substances that consist of a pigment suspended in a liquid or paste vehicle such as oil or water. With a brush, a roller, or a spray gun, paint is applied in a thin coat to various surfaces such as wood, metal, or stone. Although its primary purpose is to protect the surface to which it is applied, paint also provides decoration. Samples of the first known paintings, made between 20, and 25, years ago, survive in caves in France and Spain.

The Titan is ideally suited for residential, property maintenance, and commercial applications. This high performance electric airless sprayer will apply all standard architectural primer, paints and coatings efficiently. Sprays: stains, lacquers, enamels, latex, and other low and medium viscosity coatings.
Electrophoretic deposition EPD , is a term for a broad range of industrial processes which includes electrocoating , cathodic electrodeposition , anodic electrodeposition , and electrophoretic coating , or electrophoretic painting. A characteristic feature of this process is that colloidal particles suspended in a liquid medium migrate under the influence of an electric field electrophoresis and are deposited onto an electrode. All colloidal particles that can be used to form stable suspensions and that can carry a charge can be used in electrophoretic deposition. This includes materials such as polymers , pigments , dyes , ceramics and metals. The process is useful for applying materials to any electrically conductive surface.
